Job Description:
As a Digital Banking Implementation Specialist, you'll play a critical role in helping financial institutions successfully deploy CSI's digital banking solutions. You'll partner directly with customers throughout the implementation lifecycle, guiding them through data gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, managing multiple projects, and helping banks maximize the value of their digital banking technology investments.
What You'll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation projects.
Introduce customers to CSI digital banking solutions and implementation processes.
Gather implementation requirements and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
Conduct data gathering sessions to understand file movement and system configuration needs.
Configure applications and support system setup activities.
Lead testing and review sessions with financial institution customers.
Deliver training and support customers through the go-live process.
Provide post-implementation support to ensure a successful transition.
Stay current on product enhancements and new functionality.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in banking, fintech, software implementation, customer onboarding, project coordination, or a related field.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
Banking, digital banking, or financial technology experience.
General bank accounting knowledge.
Experience supporting software implementations or customer conversions.
Familiarity with digital banking products and online banking platforms
Travel
Travel up to 25%
