Who You Will Work With:
The Product Marketing, Senior Specialist works within the Product Marketing team and across the broader Interac organization, with a mandate to support the storytelling, go-to-market planning, market intelligence, and execution of product marketing activities to drive growth for Interac. Supporting the Product Marketing Leader, this role will work in close collaboration with the Marketing Leads to plan, execute, and measure the success of programs to meet our product goals.
What You Will Do:
Storytelling & Go-to-Market Planning
Support the Product Marketing Leader and collaborate with Product Leads in crafting product narratives, messaging, and positioning that shapes how different audiences think about Interac products on an emotional and rational level.
In partnership with the Product Marketing Leads for product(s), provide support for go-to-market planning and the development of a cohesive marketing plan that aligns with overall business goals.
Go-to-Market Execution
Execute against the go-to-market plan for product marketing with a cross-functional team across paid, earned, and owned marketing channels to reach both consumer and business audiences.
Support brief development to inspire breakthrough storytelling and creative concepts, rooted in customer insights.
Guide and direct agency partners and internal teams in campaign development to develop on strategy programs and grow our products and brands.
Customer Insights, Market Intelligence and Reporting
Coordinate market research and customer insights to identify key pain points, trends, and opportunities in both merchant and consumer segments.
Use data-driven insights to recommend refining of messaging and development new campaigns.
Provide regular reporting on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, using insights to inform ongoing strategy refinement.
Measurement & Reporting
Set KPIs for partner marketing initiatives and build new tracking for performance across all campaigns and channels, in partnership with digital and analytics teams.
Provide regular reporting and summary presentations on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, using insights to inform ongoing strategy refinement.
Ensure continuous optimization of campaigns based on data and market feedback to maximize impact.
Sales Enablement
Lead the development of sales enablement materials to support the CCO sales efforts.
Budget and Invoicing
Process invoices and track spending against budget for areas of accountability, ensuring cost-effective initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Participate in agile product squads, ensuring alignment between product capabilities, business development needs, and marketing strategies and support timely delivery of campaigns to meet outcomes.
What You Bring:
5-7 years of experience in marketing or product marketing, preferably within payments, financial services, or retail.
Experience in harnessing customer insights and market research to inform product positioning and campaign strategies.
Experience with go-to-market planning and developing strategic product marketing plans and materials.
Experience with go-to-market execution across paid and owned channels in both B2B and B2C orientations.
Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to translate technical features into compelling and clear product marketing, sales enablement materials, and clear agency briefings
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build cross-functional relationships across Marketing, Comms, Product, and Technology teams.
Eligibility to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.

The hiring range for this position is $85,000 – $110,000, and you will also be eligible for our short-term incentive plan. The exact amount will depend on factors such as skills, experience, and job-related knowledge, but Interac’s commitment goes beyond compensation.
