About The Department:

• The Talent Acquisition team helps the business attract and hire exceptional talent across Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), asset management, fund operations, technology, legal, compliance and corporate functions. We work closely with hiring leaders, Human Resources partners and global stakeholders to deliver effective hiring solutions. The team combines market insights, sourcing expertise and data-driven decision making to support business growth. Joining this team provides an opportunity to influence talent strategy, partner with senior leaders and contribute to key organizational priorities.

How You Will Add Value?

Recruiting and Sourcing:

• You will lead end-to-end recruitment for business-critical roles.

• You will develop targeted sourcing and hiring strategies.

• You will ensure adherence to recruitment policies and governance standards.

Programs and Strategic Initiatives:

• You will contribute to continuous process improvements and Talent Acquisition initiatives.

What Will Help You Be Successful In This Role?

Experience, Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Postgraduate Human Resources qualification preferred.

• 9+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.

• Experience in financial services, asset management, technology or corporate functions.

• Proven success hiring for specialist and business-critical roles.

• Experience working with senior stakeholders and global teams.

• Exposure to diversity, campus or high-volume hiring initiatives.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced sourcing and talent-mapping expertise.

• Strong pipeline-building and candidate assessment skills.

• Knowledge of the India talent market.

• Recruitment analytics and market intelligence capabilities.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems.

• Workday and Taleo experience preferred.

Soft Skills:

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong planning and organizational abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Collaborative, adaptable and solution-oriented mindset.
