Your role Key responsibilities in your new role • Build portfolio transparency: Support the collection, validation and preparation of lease, transaction and portfolio data to establish a re liable global real estate data foundation • Maintain documentation and standards: Support the creation and maintenance of transaction guidelines, templates, process documentation and knowledge repositories • Support global real estate transactions: Assist with the preparation, coordination and documentation of international real estate transactions and related approval workflows • Support portfolio analytics and reporting : Prepare data and reports to support portfolio planning and management systems • Support M&A activities: Assist in gathering, organizing and preparing portfolio, lease and real estate data to support integration and carve-out activities • Collaborate globally: Work with an international network of colleagues, business stakeholders and external real estate partners across multiple countries and regions • Take ownership: Manage dedicated work packages within global transactions & strategy Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed • Study Field: Currently studying Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field • Technical Skills: Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with real estate systems, portfolio management tools, reporting solutions or data analytics applications is a plus • Analytical Mindset: Enjoy working with data, identifying trends and translating information into meaningful business insights • Work Style : Combine attention to detail with a structured and proactive approach and enjoy working in an international environment • Communication Skills: Communicate confidently with international stakeholders • Personal Skills: Curious, self-driven and comfortable working independently while taking ownership of your tasks • Experience : Ideally have gained initial experience through internships, for example in real estate, consulting, strategy, project management, finance or data analytics • Language Skills: Communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week. · Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome : To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave.
