Role
10Pearls is seeking an AI Video Producer / Editor to create high-quality AI-generated video content for marketing, training, employer branding, and internal communications initiatives. In this role, you will leverage AI-powered video production tools to transform scripts and concepts into engaging visual experiences while ensuring brand consistency, realism, and production quality. You will collaborate closely with content, design, marketing, and stakeholder teams to deliver compelling multimedia content that aligns with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Create AI-generated video content using HeyGen and related AI video production tools.
- Configure avatars, voice settings, scene composition, and visual elements to produce professional-quality videos.
- Design and edit presentation-based assets in Canva for video production.
- Review and refine generated scripts to ensure natural, conversational delivery.
- Edit and enhance audio quality through trimming, timing adjustments, and level balancing.
- Manage visual sequencing, animations, transitions, and on-screen elements to improve viewer engagement.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, templates, typography, colors, and messaging.
- Identify and resolve issues related to avatar realism, lip-sync accuracy, pacing, and animation quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Perform thorough quality assurance reviews before final delivery.
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
- Continuously explore emerging AI tools and best practices to enhance content production workflows.
- 2+ years of experience in video editing, multimedia production, content creation, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with HeyGen, including avatar setup, voice configuration, scene building, and element animation.
- Strong proficiency in Canva for visual asset creation and editing.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, content sequencing, and audience engagement principles.
- Ability to review and optimize scripts for natural spoken delivery.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
- Strong understanding of branding and visual consistency.
- Ability to identify and correct unnatural AI-generated movements, lip-sync issues, and robotic pacing.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage feedback cycles effectively.
- Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar video editing software.
- Familiarity with Figma and design system workflows.
- Experience producing promotional, training, educational, or social media video content.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, captions, and advanced video post-production techniques.
- Exposure to AI-driven content creation and creative automation tools.
- Experience working within established brand guidelines and marketing frameworks.
- A portfolio showcasing AI-generated video production and editing work.
