YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

As the Housekeeping Attendant, you are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the club. In this position the Attendant will encounter guests and will need to create positive guest interactions. The Housekeeping Attendant plays an important role for a unique experience for each of our members/guests every day.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

• Acknowledges and greets guests in public spaces with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Reviews daily inventory of supplies needed to complete the assignments for the day.
• Cleaning of club main areas including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning locker rooms, lobby, equipment, around equipment, windows, doors and common areas.
• Perform quality cleaning to meet required standards within set time limits.
• Comply with all club safety guidelines.
• Pick up ground litter around club or whatever visible.
• Responsible for janitorial duties as per daily task assignment
• Dry/damp mop floors, vacuum all carpeted areas
• Collect and remove trash in designated areas
• Restock unit dispensers as needed
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with standard operating procedures and established safety policies
• Monitor facility for cleanliness issues and address them proactively
• Report maintenance or repair needs to management
• May perform similar duties as requested by team leader.

Requirements

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience and/or Training

• Housekeeping and customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

• U.S. Work Authorization (required).
