About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner – iGaming Platform (AI-First) to take hands-on ownership of a modern online casino platform.

This is a highly practical product role. You will work closely with the Product Manager, Casino Operations, CRM, Development, QA, UX/UI and other stakeholders, taking business and operational requirements and turning them into clearly defined, scalable product solutions.

You will cover the iGaming platform 360°, including areas such as cashier and payments, bonus engine, reporting, gamification, game integrations, back-office functionality and third-party integrations.

The day-to-day operation of the casino remains with the Casino Operations teams. Your responsibility is to understand what the business needs, define what needs to be built and why, and work closely with the technology teams to deliver it successfully.

We operate in an AI-first product environment, where tools such as Claude are embedded into everyday product workflows — from research and requirements analysis to PRDs, prototyping, documentation and product discovery.

What You'll Own

* Take 360° product ownership of the iGaming platform and its core applications, including bonus engine, cashier and payments, reporting, gamification, game integrations, back office and third-party integrations.

* Gather requirements directly from Casino Operations, CRM teams and key stakeholders and translate them into clear product solutions.

* Personally create PRDs, product specifications, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria rather than delegating product documentation.

* Own, structure and prioritise the product backlog based on business impact, technical dependencies and strategic priorities.

* Create wireframes and prototypes hands-on, using modern and AI-assisted tools, and collaborate with UX/UI Design on the final product experience.

* Use AI tools, particularly Claude, throughout the product lifecycle to accelerate research, analysis, specifications, prototyping, documentation and decision-making.

* Lead and actively participate in Agile ceremonies together with the Development team.

* Work closely with QA throughout development and release cycles to ensure stable, high-quality and bug-free products.

* Ensure relevant products and features comply with regulatory, licensing and responsible gaming requirements.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, game providers, payment providers and technology partners.

* Define meaningful KPIs for product releases, monitor post-launch performance and continuously optimise products based on data.

* Analyse user behaviour, operational performance and commercial results to identify opportunities for improvement.

* Monitor competitors, iGaming market developments and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.

* Support budgeting, performance reporting and product planning.

* Take ownership of additional product initiatives in collaboration with the Product Manager.

What We're Looking For

* 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership / Product Management.

* At least 3 years of hands-on experience within iGaming, ideally working directly with online casino platforms.

* Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through development, launch, measurement and optimisation.

* Hands-on experience with key casino platform components such as:

* Cashier / PSP integrations

* Bonus engines

* Reporting

* Gamification

* Game aggregators and providers

* Back-office platforms

* Third-party integrations

* Strong understanding of casino economics and performance metrics, including GGR, NGR, RTP, bonus cost and retention.

* Proven ability to personally produce high-quality PRDs, specifications, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.

* Ability to create wireframes and prototypes independently, including through AI-assisted workflows.

* Extensive, practical experience using AI tools in everyday product work, with strong preference for Claude.

* Strong knowledge of Agile product development methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

* Good understanding of iGaming regulation, licensing requirements and responsible gaming principles.

* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to independently retrieve, analyse and interpret product and business data.

* Experience defining KPIs, monitoring product performance and making data-driven product decisions.

* Experience with budgeting and performance reporting.

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

* Fluent English, both written and spoken.

What Will Make You Stand Out

* Experience owning or significantly contributing to the development of a full online casino platform.

* Deep knowledge of the interaction between Casino Operations, CRM, Payments and Product.

* Experience working with multiple PSPs, game aggregators, providers and external platform vendors.

* Evidence of using AI not simply for occasional assistance, but as an integrated part of your daily product workflow.

* Ability to combine strategic product thinking with strong hands-on execution.

* Experience working in fast-moving, high-volume digital environments.

Working Model

The position is based in Athens.

For the first three months, the role requires 5 days per week in the office, allowing close collaboration with the Product, Technology and Operations teams and full immersion in the platform.

Following the initial three-month period, the working model becomes 4 days in the office and 1 day working remotely per week.
