As part of Mondelēz International’s Early Careers Graduate Program, you will join the MENAP (Middle East, North Africa & Pakistan) Supply Chain Excellence & Digitalization team.

In this role, you will contribute to driving manufacturing excellence across the MENAP Business Unit through continuous improvement, digitalization, performance analytics, and governance. You will work closely with manufacturing, engineering, quality, maintenance, and operations teams while gaining exposure to multiple manufacturing sites across the business unit. This role provides an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in Supply Chain Excellence and Digital Manufacturing within a global FMCG environment.

What you need to know about this position:

  • Drive Supply Chain Excellence and Digitalization initiatives across MENAP manufacturing sites.
  • Analyze manufacturing performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and operational reliability.
  • Develop and maintain digital dashboards and reporting solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
  • Design digital solutions that improve operational visibility and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute to the standardization of KPIs, governance, and performance management systems across manufacturing sites.
  • Participate in IL6S and Continuous Improvement initiatives to deliver sustainable operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on manufacturing performance and digital transformation projects.
  • Present performance insights and recommendations to plant and business unit stakeholders.

Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree obtained within the last year in (Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering)
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, IL6S, or Lean Six Sigma principles is considered an advantage.

Job specific requirements:

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing operations and industrial processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft platforms, particularly Microsoft Power BI, Power Query, and Power Apps.
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
  • Interest in manufacturing digitalization and operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
