Key Responsibilities
- Relieve Process Controllers/Operators during breaks, leave, absenteeism, and shift changes.
- Operate and monitor processing equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure products meet quality and food safety specifications.
- Conduct routine process checks and record production data accurately.
- Report equipment faults, process deviations, and quality issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment.
- Follow all health, safety, environmental, and company policies.
- Assist with start-ups, shutdowns, cleaning, and changeovers of production lines.
- Support continuous production flow to meet daily production targets.
- Work effectively with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure operational efficiency.
