Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Co-op contributes to the overall day-to-day operational effectiveness supporting the Talent Acquisition, focusing on delivering exceptional services to the business and contributing to strategic initiatives. Responsible for the full-cycle administration of hiring requests and adding value by supporting the successful execution of ad-hoc projects and initiatives for our Talent Acquisition Team.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist team with initiatives such as resume review, candidate tracking, interview invites, etc. throughout recruitment cycle
- Provide Administrative and Recruitment support to the Talent Acquisition Team
- Create and manage all internal job postings for Home Office and Manufacturing sites.
- Maintain job descriptions for Quality audits.
- Assist in the completion of Government surveys related to recruitment and hiring.
- Assist with recruitment of external candidates as required.
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential matters relating to the daily activity of the department and/or organization.
- Completion of other assignments and projects as required.
- Attend hiring events and recruitment fairs as required

Key Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field
- Ability to work both on site and remotely as required
- Driven to take initiative, willingness to learn
- Ability to manage deadlines and multitask in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ATS knowledge is considered an asset
- Highly motivated, energetic team player with strong communication skills and organized
