The Receivables Product Lead is responsible for the strategic management, growth, profitability, and execution of the bank's receivables product portfolio, including Lockbox, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), Integrated Receivables, Account Reconciliation, and related treasury management solutions. This role serves as the product owner and subject matter expert, partnering across Sales, Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Client Experience teams to deliver receivables capabilities that address commercial client needs while driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of commercial banking and treasury management, understands the receivables landscape and client workflows, and has experience managing the full product lifecycle, including strategy, pricing, risk management, product development, and go-to-market execution.

  • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for receivables products and services.

  • Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive threats within the receivables ecosystem.

  • Establish product vision, business cases, and investment priorities aligned with enterprise and treasury management objectives.

  • Drive modernization and digitization initiatives that improve client experience and operational scalability.

  • Evaluate new technologies, fintech partnerships, and market innovations that enhance receivables capabilities.

  • Define product requirements and partner with technology teams to deliver enhancements and new capabilities.

  • Maintain product documentation, procedures, service descriptions, and client-facing materials.

  • Monitor product performance and establish KPIs focused on revenue growth, adoption, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

  • Partner with Treasury Sales Officers and Relationship Managers to understand client pain points and identify opportunities for solution development.

  • Develop and maintain pricing strategies that balance competitiveness, profitability, and client value

  • Monitor product profitability, client utilization, and growth trends.

  • Ensure products operate within established risk, compliance, regulatory, and operational frameworks.

  • Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, BSA/AML, Fraud, and Operations teams to identify and mitigate product risks.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and enhancements.

  • Create positioning, messaging, value propositions, and sales tools.

Position Title: Senior Product Manager - CPS

Business Unit: Treasury Management

Reports to: Director of Treasury Management Product

Position Overview:

This position is primarily responsible for setting strategies and goals for assigned road map product(s) (TM, Merchant or Commercial Card) critical to revenue and customer acquisition goals. Monitors product performance and revises strategy/execution as necessary. Coordinates activities of Marketing, Info Tech, Bank Ops, vendors and Sales personnel to ensure high quality product delivery. Works with assigned Product Manager(s) to coach their activities and provide effective training opportunities. Directly supports Director of Treasury Management Product as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develops, implements and manages assigned product(s) to ensure profitability, marketability and highest quality. Sets strategies and goals for assigned product(s). Assists with prioritization of projects/resources. Owns the Project Approval process for any acquisition/build of new products/functionality.

Coaches assigned Product Manager(s) to ensure best practices and share experience. Identifies training opportunities internal and external to support professional development. Identifies training needs for Sales officers and Relationship Managers to better qualify prospects for assigned product(s)/solutions.

Evaluates existing products to ensure competitiveness, identifies new product opportunities and recommends enhancements.

Monitors and evaluates product profitability and recommends actions for improvement as necessary.

Supports sales staff in sale of assigned product(s). Works with Sales team on developing solutions for more complex client situations. Works with clients directly as assigned. Supports Director of Treasury Management Product as assigned.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
