Senior Controller

Balance is looking for an exceptional Senior Controller to join our Finance team and take a key leadership role as we continue to scale.This is a hands-on, high-impact position for someone who combines strong accounting and financial expertise with sharp business judgment, analytical thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills. We are looking for someone who understands the numbers deeply but also sees the business behind them - someone who can challenge assumptions, identify issues early, communicate clearly, and partner effectively with teams across the company.The Senior Controller will report to the VP Finance and Operations and manage the Assistant Controller and Accountant, with broad responsibility across accounting, reporting, tax, controls, and financial operations.
