GenAI Architect (PreSales) - Arabic Speaking

We are looking for an experienced Senior Generative AI Architect (PreSales) - Arabic Speaking, to lead the design and delivery of next-generation Agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

NorthBay Solutions, a global Amazon Consulting Partner, with 400+ workforce team operating across the United States, Canada, UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, and Pakistan. This is a senior technical leadership opportunity for an architect who combines presales and deep software engineering experience with hands-on expertise in LLM applications and autonomous AI systems.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will take ownership of the architecture and technical direction of complex Agentic AI platforms. You will work beyond conventional chatbot implementations, designing AI systems capable of reasoning, using tools, interacting with enterprise systems, and coordinating multiple agents to accomplish business objectives.

The role requires someone with 15+ years of professional experience in software engineering and AI/ML, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience developing LLM-powered applications.

What You Will Own

• Define technical architecture for enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.

• Build autonomous and multi-agent workflows using modern LLM frameworks.

• Connect AI agents with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, internal tools, and third-party SaaS platforms.

• Establish reusable AI components, pipelines, and frameworks that can support multiple enterprise use cases.

• Drive improvements in model performance, context management, tool selection, latency, and operating costs.

• Establish appropriate security, privacy, governance, and compliance practices for AI deployments.

• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams working across multiple regions and time zones.

• Work directly with enterprise customers, architects, and senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

• Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering standards, documentation, and architectural best practices.

What We're Looking For

This position is intended for a highly experienced architect who can combine strategic architecture with practical implementation.

Required background includes:

• 15+ years of professional presales, software engineering and AI/ML experience.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building LLM-based applications.

• Demonstrated experience delivering Agentic AI or autonomous AI systems, rather than chatbot-only solutions.

• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and scalable distributed systems.

• Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, databases, SaaS platforms, and enterprise applications.

• Previous experience leading engineering teams or technical initiatives.

• Experience working directly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to operate effectively with globally distributed teams.
