Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor III to join our team!

We make, sell, and distribute PepsiCo and more beverages. We have the exclusive rights to make, sell, and distribute directly to stores in our territory the world-renowned PepsiCo and Keurig Dr. Pepper beverages. These exclusive rights make up the vast majority of our business and cover certain counties across five states.

We also create our own beverages, producing and distributing them to our customers’ warehouses nationally. And we make, sell, and distribute to our customers’ warehouses a growing portfolio of beverages nationally. These beverages make up a small, but growing part of our business.

Warehouse Supervisor III Overview

Supervises the daily execution of route and transport loading and unloading in a warehouse facility (annual delivered sales volume between 5MM and 10MM cases) including, but not limited to: sales loading, transport loading, inventory, and facility safety and security across one or more shifts.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Ensures the team is adequately staffed and trained.
• Manages and develops frontline team to improve overall performance.
• Ensures facility is operated in accordance with local and state regulations (OSHA, AIB, FDA, etc.).
• Oversees inventory management, including counting, reconciliation, and rotation.
• Provides timely service to sales.
• Coordinates and supports the picking and loading of sales orders, ensuring accuracy and productivity standards are met.
• Coordinates and supports the check-out and check-in of sales routes.
• Generates and analyzes KPI reporting to track performance-to-plan and facilitate business decision making.
• Ensure all required documentation is accurately completed and maintained.
• Must be able to drive tractor/trailer vehicles and back to a dock.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required. Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or related field is preferred.
• Three (3) years supervisory experience in warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing preferred. 
• SAP experience preferred. 
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. 
• Must have good written and oral communication skills. 
• Must be able to supervise and provide training to direct reports. 
• Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment. 
• Must have attention to detail.  Must have good math skills. 
• Must be able to perform data entry. 
• Must work long hours during summer months as well as some weekends and holidays. 
• Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
• Must be able to travel 10%.
