Experienced HR Business Partner with Minimum 7 years of Business Partnering Experience. Open to working in shifts starting 6 PM or later. Should be proficient with labor laws that govern the various policies in an organization. Fluent in communication skills, English speaking abilities and strong stakeholder management. JLL Business Services (JBS) is the internal shared services organization for JLL globally.

  • Duties & responsibilities
  • Work with Lead HR Business Partner of JBS Manila, Global HR Head of JBS, Local and Global Leadership team of JBS to support the delivery of the business goals and drive employee engagement
  • Provide relevant inputs to the HRBP to design effective retention interventions at site to effectively control attrition
  • Partner with the HR Business Partner in planning and executing the annual processes including year end performance and talent review, engagement survey actions, promotion and off cycle processes.
  • Partner and support executing the people agenda across the employee lifecycle - hiring, onboarding, development, engagement, offboarding.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders/ clients on designing and driving new people practices to meet business Goals
  • Understand the pulse of the unit and construct action plans to address concerns. Counsel employees & line management regarding HR policies, programs, and practices.
  • Minor cases leading to dismissal-Draft and issue Notices to Explain (NTE), conduct investigations, facilitate administrative hearings, and draft/issue Notices of Decision for disciplinary matters
  • Drives the HR agenda within the Business, ensuring that all people managers are equipped and able to deliver against the annual recurring people management requirements.
  • Provide manager coaching on performance management and employee relations issues

  • Support organizational restructuring and employee redeployment initiatives
  • Support annual benefits enrollment process
  • Provide change management support during organizational transitions
  • Identify training needs and coordinate with the L&D team for construction of appropriate training modules.
  • Assist the HRBP & CoEs to deliver culture building interventions
  • Generate recurring reports for stakeholders and facilitate monthly HR reports/meetings
  • Conduct exit interviews, retention discussions and manage offboarding processes to gather insights and ensure smooth transitions
  • Manage employee change transactions in Workday.
  • Regular meetings with senior management and team managers to understand business requirements on people agenda front
  • Evaluate & improvise existing practices to offer enhanced HR Service delivery to business.
