The Role

As our Safety Business Partner based at Chelsea Heights, you'll partner closely with site leaders and team members to foster a positive safety culture, provide trusted advice, and help create an environment where wellbeing and safety are at the heart of everything we do.
This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role where you'll influence positive outcomes through coaching, collaboration and continuous improvement, making a genuine impact on our people and operations.
Our Chelsea Heights site is located in Melbourne’s south-east, manufacturing a range of more than 44 milk, milk-based beverages and cream products. The site currently produces around 100 million litres of product every year!
Responsibilities
Partner with leaders and teams to identify opportunities that enhance workplace safety, wellbeing and risk management
Provide practical coaching, guidance and support that encourages safe behaviours and strengthens safety culture across the site
Facilitate risk assessments, workplace inspections, safety meetings and training initiatives that build capability and engagement
Analyse safety data and performance trends, sharing insights that support informed decision-making and continuous improvement
Lead and support incident investigations, collaborating with stakeholders to identify meaningful and sustainable solutions
About you
A Diploma or Certificate IV in Safety is desirable; however, we also welcome applications from candidates with equivalent industry experience
An experienced safety professional who enjoys partnering with leaders and teams to create safer, healthier workplaces
A confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build trusted, authentic relationships
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, provide practical guidance, and support informed decision-making
Passionate about coaching and influencing others, fostering a positive safety culture and driving continuous improvement across the site
