Description
FALL – HOLIDAY POP-UP | NEW YORK CITY | CREATIVE LIFESTYLE BRAND
This brand exists to prove one simple thing: it's never too late to learn something new. We take complete beginners, people who've genuinely never tried this before, and walk them through it, step by step, until they're holding something they made with their own two hands and thinking, “wait, I actually did that?” That feeling is basically the whole point of what we do.
This fall through the holidays, we're bringing that same warm, hands-on, slightly ridiculous amount of joy to a New York City pop-up, and we're looking for a Keyholder we can trust to open and close the store, keep things running smoothly on their shifts, and step up as backup leadership whenever it's needed. We're a small, lean, do-more-with-less kind of team, and we need someone dependable who gets that energy immediately.
The Role
As Keyholder, you'll carry real responsibility for the store on the shifts you're covering, opening or closing independently, handling the day's cash and POS reconciliation, and making sure the floor runs smoothly whether or not the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is on-site. You won't be building the schedule or hiring the team, but you'll absolutely be trusted to keep things running right when it's your shift.
This role is ideal for someone who's reliable to the core, comfortable with a bit of responsibility, and just as warm and fun as everyone else on this team, you don't need a manager title to bring real leadership energy to a shift.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
A genuinely good person to be around, kind, honest, and easy to work with, with zero patience for big egos or unnecessary drama
Trustworthy and dependable, the kind of person who takes opening/closing responsibility seriously without needing to be reminded
A natural teacher and encourager, patient and enthusiastic with customers who are trying something new or a little outside their comfort zone
Comfortable with a little ambiguity, you don't need everything mapped out perfectly to make a good call on your shift
Genuinely enjoys creativity, craft, and helping people feel proud of what they make or give as a gift
Takes feedback well and gives it just as gracefully, always looking for a better way to do it next time
Calm and steady under pressure, especially during peak gifting and holiday traffic

Flexible availability across the full fall and holiday season, including weekends and key trading/holiday periods
