Duties & responsibilities
What this job involves
As the Regional Sourcing and Vendor Management Manager (APAC), you will lead sourcing, vendor governance, and commercial management activities across the APAC Integrated Facilities Management portfolio covering 10 countries.
Working closely with the APAC Account Director, Hub Leads, IFM Operations teams, Finance, and Client stakeholders, you will drive sourcing strategies, vendor performance, procurement governance, operational standardisation, and commercial outcomes across facilities management, engineering services, workplace operations, and real estate service categories.
This role is responsible for ensuring supplier and procurement activities align with Master Services Agreement obligations, operational delivery requirements, service level expectations, compliance standards, and account governance frameworks across the APAC portfolio.
What your day-to-day will look like
Key responsibilities
Vendor Governance and Operational Delivery
• Lead governance and performance management of suppliers and subcontractors supporting the APAC IFM portfolio.
• Ensure supplier performance aligns with operational requirements, SLAs, KPIs, compliance obligations, workplace standards, and contractual commitments.
• Drive supplier accountability through structured performance reviews, corrective action plans, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational governance forums.
• Support mobilisation and transition activities including supplier onboarding, due diligence, operational readiness, contract alignment, and maintenance service implementation.
• Ensure suppliers comply with operational workflows, escalation procedures, business continuity requirements, and governance processes.
• Support implementation and governance of supplier workflows within Corrigo and other operational systems to ensure reporting accuracy, service visibility, and operational consistency.
Commercial and Financial Governance
• Support APAC budgeting, savings initiatives, supplier commercial governance, and financial compliance activities in alignment with contractual obligations.
• Partner with Finance and Operations teams to monitor controllable and non-controllable costs, invoice accuracy, supplier spend, and sourcing savings performance.
• Support governance and reporting of Shared Savings initiatives, supplier commercial outcomes, and cost optimisation programs.
• Ensure supplier pricing, burden rates, contract renewals, and commercial terms remain compliant with contractual and operational requirements.
• Support sourcing governance for Small Projects, ensuring appropriate approvals, cost control, supplier competitiveness, and contractual compliance.
Contract and Risk Management
• Identify and mitigate commercial, operational, contractual, and supplier risks through effective governance and compliance controls.
• Ensure supplier contracts, maintenance agreements, insurance documentation, and procurement activities support contractual obligations and local regulatory requirements.
• Maintain supplier contract lifecycle governance including renewals, expiry tracking, spend threshold monitoring, and audit readiness.
• Partner with Legal, HR, Compliance, and operational stakeholders to support country-specific contractual, tax, insurance, and labor compliance requirements.
• Support supplier audits, compliance reviews, remediation activities, and governance reporting requirements.
KPI, Reporting and Governance
• Support achievement and reporting of contractual KPIs related to sourcing, supplier performance, finance governance, contract compliance, reporting, and operational delivery.
• Maintain audit-ready procurement, supplier governance, and compliance documentation.
• Lead supplier reporting activities including performance analytics, savings tracking, benchmarking, spend analysis, sustainability metrics, and operational reporting.
• Support governance forums, MBRs, QBRs, and commercial performance reviews with Account Leadership and Client stakeholders.
• Drive supplier improvement plans, reporting accuracy, governance compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the APAC portfolio.
Sustainability and Supplier Diversity
• Drive sustainable procurement initiatives aligned with JLL and Client ESG objectives including carbon reduction, supplier diversity, ethical sourcing, and compliance programs.
• Develop supplier reporting frameworks covering sustainability, diversity, compliance, and governance metrics.
• Identify and develop diverse suppliers across key service categories and procurement programs.
Leadership and Stakeholder Management
• Build strong relationships with operational teams, suppliers, Finance, Client stakeholders, and Account Leadership to support integrated service delivery and operational continuity.
• Provide leadership and guidance to sourcing teams, operational stakeholders, and suppliers across the region.
• Promote collaboration, governance discipline, operational alignment, and continuous improvement across procurement and supplier management activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Facilities Management, or related discipline preferred.
• 5-8+ years’ experience in sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or commercial management within IFM, corporate real estate, workplace, or facilities management environments.
• Strong understanding of supplier governance, contract management, procurement compliance, budgeting, and operational KPIs.
• Experience supporting multi-country or regional supplier programs and operational delivery models preferred.
• Knowledge of facilities management systems such as Corrigo, Azara, or similar CAFM platforms advantageous.
• Understanding of finance governance, savings programs, and supplier performance reporting advantageous.
• Experience with ESG, supplier diversity, and sustainability initiatives preferred.
• Professional procurement or supply chain certification (e.g. CIPS, CPSM, ISM) advantageous.
• Relevant experience in Sourcing and Vendor management of 15+ years
• Knowledge of ERP like SAP / Oracle, JD Edward would be a plus
• Good knowledge of suppliers, market trends, bidding process & negotiation
