The Director, Reliability Maintenance Management leads the development and execution of strategies to enhance operational reliability and maintenance excellence across facilities. What you'll do...

• Lead reliability maintenance strategies to enhance product performance and operational continuity.
• Oversee troubleshooting standards and collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Develop and implement evaluation metrics to monitor and improve hardware reliability programs.
• Guide cross-functional teams in operational excellence and change management initiatives.
• Utilize data analysis to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement processes.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations.
• Advise on procurement, contract management, and risk mitigation to support business objectives.
• Foster collaboration across departments to align maintenance goals with organizational priorities.

What you'll bring...

• Extensive experience in reliability centered maintenance and operational excellence within large-scale facilities.
• Proven ability to lead vendor management, including evaluation, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
• Strong expertise in change management and business process improvement to drive organizational effectiveness.
• Proficiency in data analysis and digital literacy to develop insights and influence strategic decisions.
• Demonstrated skills in project delivery, contract management, and budgeting aligned with business objectives.
• Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships and communicate complex technical and business information clearly.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field AND 6 years’ experience in maintenance, operations or related field OR 8 years’ experience in maintenance, operations, or related field.
2 years' experience in multi-unit maintenance support
