Job Summary
PatientPoint is looking for a senior-level commercial analytics expert who can operate as both a strategist and a storyteller with exceptional talent in public speaking and presentation. This person will be a recognized industry voice on marketing measurement and media mix, a trusted thought partner to pharma and agency analytics teams, and a translator who turns complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams alike.
This person will bring deep expertise to support Sales, strengthen client relationships, and elevate how we sell and defend our value with data. They will work closely with the Campaign Measurement team who own the day-to-day measurement and analytics. The value this candidate brings is in pulling insights across campaign measurement results and other data, to spot patterns and trends, then acting as a cross-brand strategic voice for clients, agencies, and internal leadership.
The successful candidate is a commercially minded strategist who knows how to walk into a room with pharma and agency leaders, ask the right questions, and leave with alignment on what the data means and how to take action because of it.
What You Will Do
- Stay ahead of industry trends in data, measurement, and media mix, and translate them into PatientPoint's value proposition for client sales and product teams.
- Serve as a thought partner and strategic advisor to pharma and agency analytics teams, collaborating on measurement approaches and methodology, and providing compelling insights that demonstrate a deep understanding of client brand dynamics, market forces, and competitive landscapes.
- Partner directly with Sales throughout the advertising campaign sales cycle, from pitch through renewal, as the data and analytics voice in the room, helping win and grow pharma advertising business.
- In partnership with Marketing, turn complex data sets into clear, compelling visual stories that make the case for action.
- Pull insights across individual campaign and brand measurement results to spot cross-brand trends and patterns — surfacing what any single measurement view can't show on its own.
- Translate data and analytics into concrete campaign recommendations that drive revenue and improve outcomes for our partners.
- Ask insightful questions that unlock opportunity to create value with senior client stakeholders.
- Partner closely with the Campaign Measurement team, pulling from their individual brand-level results to identify broader trends and inform strategic recommendations.
- Act as a cross-brand strategic voice — someone clients and internal leadership look to for the bigger picture, not just a single campaign's results.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to ensure measurement and analytics capabilities are reflected accurately in client-facing conversations.
- Serve as the storyteller who turns data and industry trends into a compelling narrative — core to the role.
What We Need
- 15+ years of experience in marketing analytics, media measurement, data strategy, ideally with exposure to pharma/healthcare marketing or point-of-care media.
- A track record of being seen as a credible, senior-level voice on data and measurement — someone clients and agency partners want in the room.
- Proven ability to confidently present thought leadership and insights at large conferences with industry experts.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare datasets like IQVIA, Symphony, Veeva, and specialty patient data.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science or related field preferred.
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills — able to make numbers persuasive, not just accurate.
- Comfort operating at the intersection of data, strategy, and client relationships.
- Sharp instincts for connecting the dots across brands and campaigns — able to move from “here's what several results show” to “here's the trend and what it means.”
- Polished executive presence with both clients and internal senior leadership.
