As an Electronic Catalogue Analyst, you will manage and maintain product data quality and enrichment within a Product Information Management (PIM) system for assigned suppliers, product categories, or business segments.
In this role you will:
- Assist in supporting and developing Online Product Catalog content; coordinate activities to ensure the catalog and search work as designed; ensure tasks are completed on time, within budget, and meet customer and supplier requirements and Company standards.
- Provide support and analysis for SEO and marketing; execute strategies to increase traffic via search engines, through research to identify keywords; target and increase rankings for online sites; review web site usage, competitive trends, and reports on the effectiveness of online marketing success.
- Be a resource to work with third party providers to ensure project phases are completed on time, within budget, and meet business requirements.
- Work with Marketing, E-Business, IT Departments, and other departments to build and evaluate business needs to support online catalog product enrichment and management; facilitate and communicate the search and online catalog program, project goals, deliverables, and milestones to internal stakeholders and suppliers.
What you bring to the table:
- Knowledge of product content, catalog management, SEO, merchandising or eCommerce operations
- Minimum 1 year of online product catalog and eCommerce required
- Knowledge of B2B distribution preferred
- 4 year degree in business, operations, marketing or related field or equivalent experience preferred
- Knowledge of Product Information Management (PIM) or Master Data Management (MDM) systems
- 2-5 years of experience preferred
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Detail oriented, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of electrical, industrial, lighting or communications products preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Shift and Hours: Monday - Friday; 8 am to 5 pm
Compensation Details: The expected starting rate of pay for this position is $29.23 per hour, with compensation subject to increase based on experience.
