What You Will Do:
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day delivery of strategic consulting engagements supporting the establishment, maturation, and operation of a Program Executive Office (PEO) responsible for mission-critical GEOINT capabilities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior Government executives, providing leadership across governance, acquisition strategy, organizational transformation, and mission integration initiatives.
- Lead development and implementation of governance frameworks, operating models, strategic plans, capability roadmaps, investment priorities, and organizational improvement efforts.
- Facilitate executive governance boards, strategic planning sessions, leadership offsites, investment reviews, and senior leader decision forums.
- Direct stakeholder engagement, executive communications, and cross-functional collaboration activities to ensure alignment to mission priorities.
- Manage consulting teams through coaching, mentorship, quality oversight, and delivery management while ensuring successful execution across all workstreams.
What You Will Need:
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI)" Federal or DoD security clearance. Once onboard with Guidehouse, new hire MUST be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a (COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum TEN (10) years of experience leading strategy, transformation, acquisition, governance, organizational development, or management consulting initiatives within the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community
- Demonstrated experience supporting Program Executive Offices (PEOs), Program Management Offices (PMOs), acquisition organizations, capability portfolios, or mission modernization initiatives
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Experience supporting NGA or other Intelligence Community organizations
- Experience supporting acquisition, technology modernization, or capability development programs
- Demonstrated success leading governance implementation, organizational standup, and operating model development efforts
- Strong executive facilitation, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and consensus-building capabilities
- Familiarity with AI-enabled mission solutions, data governance, analytics modernization, digital engineering, or enterprise transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated success contributing to business development, solution development, thought leadership, client growth, or practice-building initiatives
- Experience advising senior executives, facilitating decision forums, and leading cross-functional teams in complex federal or mission-driven environments
- Proven experience developing governance frameworks, operating models, strategic plans, capability roadmaps, acquisition approaches, technology strategies, or portfolio management frameworks
