About the Role
We are looking for a Care Administration Officer to join our Heatherton office.
This is a part-time position working 30 hours per week across Monday to Friday making this an ideal opportunity for someone seeking school friendly hours while remaining actively involved in a collaborative team environment.
In this varied office-based role, you'll support our Care Management team and help create a positive experience for clients and their families through high-quality administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients throughout their journey, from initial enquiry and onboarding through to ongoing service reviews and support.
- Be the first point of contact for phone and email enquiries, delivering exceptional customer service to clients, families and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate client records, documentation and system updates to support quality care delivery.
- Assist Care Managers with service coordination, referrals, client communications and administrative support.
- Prepare Purchase Orders and send to suppliers.
- Receive and approve invoices from suppliers.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families and service providers to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Support quality, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives that help deliver safe, high-quality care.

- Experience using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience in aged care, healthcare or community services will be highly regarded.
