About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and passionate Practice Assistant to support out Business Services Team with their day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will also collaborate with other administrative professionals within the team on various projects and process improvements.
Duties and responsibilities:
Support with induction activities for new team members
Provide proactive administration support to the Business Services team to promote effective business operations and positive team culture
Coordinate client on-boarding processes, ensuring compliance with the firm’s risk framework
Database and systems management and support (including Workday, Microsoft CRM, Xero, Virtual Cabinet and various cloud-based applications)
Manage credit card reconciliation, expense claims, disbursements, and billings
Plan and coordinate meetings, training sessions, events, travel, and accommodation
Collate hard copy and electronic documents for client meetings and signature
General administration (i.e., client correspondence, scanning, filing, archiving, document collation) as required
About You
Previous experience in administration support role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels
Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Strong written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
