Position Summary
In this position you’ll be at the core of our manufacturing operation, translating demand into action through precise, data-driven production plans. You’ll ensure processes are well-connected, optimized, and responsive. Reporting to the Planning Team Leader and the Production Control & Logistics Director, you will:
Develop and maintain a levelled production plan, balancing machinery capacity, workforce availability, and material flow.
Reduce changeover time and optimize production batches for efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Coordinate the link between all the different production processes.
Monitor daily production performance and replan accordingly when deviations occur.
Engage closely with production teams to identify and implement continuous improvements in material and labor usage.
Support and develop planning tools and applications to enhance scheduling capabilities.
Your Background
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Logistics, IT, or a related field ;
1 – 3 year experience on Production Control & Logistics;
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills
High sense of ownership, responsibility, and confidentiality
Advanced knowledge on SAP or similar ERP system
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Knowledge in VBA is a plus)
