You will lead our musical curriculum, stage shows, and instructor team while driving student recruitment, community engagement, and brand awareness.Key Responsibilities:Musical Leadership & Instruction:Deliver expert-level individual and band ensemble instruction across multiple instruments (Guitar, Bass, Drums, Keys, or Vocals).Direct group rehearsals, curate show setlists, and prepare students for live concert performances.Train, mentor, and oversee our team of music instructors to maintain exceptional educational quality. Marketing & Growth:Working with the School Director:Design and execute local marketing campaigns, community outreach programs, and social media promotions to attract new students.Plan and direct trial lessons, open houses, workshops, and local showcase events.Track lead conversion, student retention, and key performance metrics to drive steady growth. Culture & Operations:Build an energetic, positive, and supportive environment where students thrive and develop confidence.Collaborate with management team on strategic planning and operational goals.Who You AreDriven to build a future for yourself in a growing organization. An Expert Instructor: Strong proficiency in modern/rock music, ensemble coaching, and music theory.Energetic & Positive: A high-energy motivator who genuinely loves working with young musicians and building community.Growth-Oriented: Proactive and creative when it comes to marketing, local networking, and audience growth.Solution-Focused: You are constantly looking for problems to be fixed and systems to be improved.Committed: Dedicated to building a top-tier music institution and staying for the long haul. Compensation & Growth PackageBase Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.Performance Bonuses: Generous incentive payments tied directly to school revenue.Path to Equity: We reward results.
