Senior Sales Manager

Norcross Dental Associates | Norcross, Georgia | In-Office

Norcross Dental Associates is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to help drive practice growth through exceptional treatment plan presentation, patient education, and financial coordination. This is a high-impact, in-office role for a confident, motivated sales professional with dental experience who knows how to connect with patients and successfully move treatment forward.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with our doctors and team to help patients understand their recommended treatment, navigate financial options, and feel confident moving forward with care.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and close comprehensive and higher-dollar treatment plans
• Educate patients on recommended treatment and help overcome objections
• Discuss financing and payment options to improve case acceptance
• Utilize third-party financing platforms such as CareCredit, Sunbit, Cherry, etc.
• Build strong relationships with patients from consultation through treatment start
• Partner with doctors and the dental team to improve treatment acceptance and scheduling
• Monitor sales and case acceptance metrics and identify opportunities for growth
• Provide an exceptional, patient-centered experience throughout the treatment process

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dental treatment presentation experience required
• Proven sales experience with measurable success in closing treatment
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills
• Knowledge of dental terminology and dental office procedures
• Understanding of dental insurance, financing, and patient payment options
• Dental business office experience required
• Management or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with dental practice management software preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Highly organized, motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

Requirements

Education and Training

• 3+ years of dental business office experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dental terminology.
• Knowledge of dental office procedures.
• Knowledge of accounting and administrative principles and procedures.
• Knowledge of dental practice management software preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
