Description
Join Accenture and become part of a large-scale global SAP S/4HANA transformation program for a leading international retail organization. In this role, you will drive the successful rollout of SAP S/4HANA Finance processes in Bulgaria, working closely with local business stakeholders, finance experts, and international project teams.
As a SAP FI Delivery Lead, you will play a key role in coordinating end-to-end delivery activities, ensuring alignment between global standards and local business requirements while supporting critical project phases including design, testing, training, cutover, and go-live.
What you will do
Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance deployment activities for Bulgaria.
Coordinate the end-to-end project lifecycle: Design, Build, Test, Training, Cutover, and Hypercare.
Collaborate with local business and finance stakeholders to ensure compliance with Bulgarian legal and financial requirements.
Drive delivery execution and manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure successful project milestones.
Support release and cutover planning activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and delivery excellence.
Act as a trusted advisor for finance transformation and SAP FI processes.
What we are looking for
4+ years of experience as a SAP FI Consultant.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout projects.
Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes.
Knowledge of Bulgarian financial, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Experience in Delivery Lead, Team Lead, Project Lead, or similar coordination role is a strong advantage.
Cutover management experience is considered a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent Bulgarian and English.
Travel: Monthly business trips to Germany (Düsseldorf) and occasional visits to the client site in Bulgaria
