Description
Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!
Responsibilities:
You supply the entire metal production operation with raw materials for component manufacturing.
Maintaining material quality, accurate inventory control, and providing high-quality semi-finished products are your top priorities.
Flexibility is one of your strengths. You identify bottlenecks and take targeted action to address them.
Your contribution goes beyond your daily responsibilities. Through your commitment and ideas, you actively help improve workflows and processes across the entire company.
You contribute suggestions for the continuous optimization of production processes, helping to increase efficiency and quality on an ongoing basis
Qualifications:
You have completed vocational training in a metalworking profession, such as Machining Technician, Industrial Mechanic, Metalworker, or a comparable qualification.
You are interested in working with high-quality materials and are willing to familiarize yourself with demanding materials such as stainless steels. If you would like to expand your knowledge in this area, we will be happy to support you.
You see digitalization as an opportunity to work more efficiently and precisely. CNC programming knowledge is an advantage but not essential. What matters most is your willingness to develop your skills further.
You are able to quickly understand and work within automated processes and workflows.
Experience with SAP in a warehouse or inventory management environment is beneficial but not required.
Teamwork is important to you. You want to work in an environment that encourages both personal and professional growth. Shared success, trust, and team spirit are central to your way of working.
You view challenges as opportunities for growth. You are motivated to find solutions and continuously improve processes.
You work reliably, independently, and with a strong focus on results. A high level of responsibility for your work, your processes, and the team’s success sets you apart.
Flexible working hours that fit your lifestyle. Thanks to a well-designed shift system, you can, for example, take care of personal errands in the morning or enjoy your afternoons.
