IT Support Engineer

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join our Global IT team and help deliver an exceptional technology experience for employees across our global hybrid organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting end users, and working with modern enterprise technologies including Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Windows, and macOS.

What You Will Own

• Prepare, configure, and deploy Windows and macOS laptops for new employees
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a seamless IT experience
• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, email, VPN, printing, and connectivity issues
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and application access across Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365
• Enroll and manage devices using Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint management platforms
• Troubleshoot laptops, monitors, docking stations, Wi-Fi, peripherals, and workplace technology
• Support password resets, MFA, VPN access, and identity-related requests
• Track incidents and service requests through the IT ticketing system while maintaining excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate inventory of laptops, accessories, licenses, and IT assets
• Document technical procedures, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles
• Escalate infrastructure, cloud, networking, and security issues when appropriate
• Help maintain a secure, reliable, and efficient IT environment for employees worldwide

• 2+ years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or a similar technical role
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS
• Experience configuring laptops, installing software, and troubleshooting end-user issues
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
• Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, or Active Directory is a strong advantage
• Understanding of endpoint security, antivirus solutions, software updates, and device management
• Strong customer-service mindset with excellent communication skills in English
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests while delivering a great employee experience

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting hybrid or global organizations
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Freshservice
• Experience with CrowdStrike, Cato Networks, or similar security solutions
• Basic PowerShell or scripting experience
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Fundamentals, or equivalent
