The (USA) Manager, Store Space Design leads the development and adaptation of innovative store design solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. The manager provides expert guidance on space allocation and design standards, identifies improvement opportunities, and supports scalable execution. About the team:
The Store Space Design team develops innovative store layouts and modular components that enhance the shopping experience while supporting associate operations. Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, external partners, and internal stakeholders, the team integrates digital and physical design elements to optimize space allocation and operational efficiency. Members adapt quickly to feedback and changing priorities, working in a fast-paced environment to deliver solutions that impact millions of customers. The team values thoughtful problem-solving, open collaboration, and a commitment to excellence in creating effective, customer-focused store designs aligned with business strategies.
What you'll do:

• Lead the development and adaptation of store design solutions aligned with business strategies to enhance sales and reduce expenses.
• Coordinate design sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Realty, Marketing, and Operations.
• Develop and review design project requirements, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to design guidelines.
• Provide visual aids and multiple design options to support decision-making and implementation.
• Monitor design implementation in store pilots, identify improvement opportunities, and approve scalable solutions.
• Build strong partnerships to support business needs and drive continuous improvement.
• Model compliance with company policies and promote a culture of integrity and excellence.

• Proven experience in retail design and space allocation to maximize operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead design sessions and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Ability to develop and implement design solutions aligned with business strategies and profitability goals.
• Expertise in creating multiple design options while identifying tradeoffs to meet business requirements.
• Skilled in reviewing and ensuring adherence to design standards during implementation and scaling.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills to build partnerships across merchandising, marketing, operations, and realty.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and applying best practices in store space design.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
