Responsibilities:
ILN China Business Partner
- Act as a financial business partner to ILN China (International Logistics Center in China) operations, providing insights on logistics performance and supply chain cost optimization.
- Work closely with supply chain management team, external logistics partner and supporting function of procurement, finance and legal teams to define and align business opearation and finance controlling processes
- Partner with corporate and local Supply Chain Management team to ensure process compliance and efficiency and continuous improvement
Cost Controlling & Logistics Optimization
- Maintain and monitor full P&L of ILN business by flow with focus on Transfer Price and cost variance and margin tracking
- Monitor, analyze, and report inbound logistics costs across ILN China operations
- Perform variance analysis to identify cost deviations, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide detailed cost breakdowns by plant, vehicle program, and logistics flow to support data-driven supply chain decisions.
- Implement and manage financial controlling tools; Calculate m³ by client plant and by vehicle/PWT model to determine amounts for flows and corresponding LCPU, ensuring accurate allocation of logistics costs and correctly report in corporate centralized system
- Integrate corporate tools into local controlling
- workflows to strengthen visibility and control across the supply chain management.
- Deliver accurate cost simulations and forecasts to optimize inbound logistics strategies.
FCF (Free Cash Flow) Control
- Monitor and control cash flows of ILN business and consolidated region scope
- Track payment schedules, accruals, and cash flows
- Provide accurate forecasts and reporting of working capital requirement variance (inventory, AP, AR etc)
- Identify opportunities to optimize working capital and improve cash flow efficiency
Dashboard digitalization
- Define and implement a Finance IT roadmap and data architecture to support automatic performance analytics and reporting
- Drive efficiency by automated solutions in reporting and financial processes
- Develop digitalized dashboards in different dimensions to fulfill business needs and support strategic decision making

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor degree in Finance or business related major
- Possesses 7-10 years of experience in finance, with a background in logistics operations - preferably within the automotive industry. Demonstrates a strong history of implementing digital solutions in finance, as well as leading data projects and automating reporting processes.
- Sense and Attitude: Strong numerical sense with analytical skill, discipline of time and accuracy, problem-solving oriented, adaptive to changes, good at story telling. Ability to lead cross-functions projects.
- Fluent English with proactive communication attitude in a multi-national environment
- Expert in Excel and data analysis, skilled in applying IT solutions and tools for problem-solving and workflow optimization
