Job Description
- To support FIG/CBK & MNC RMs to coordinate with clients, branches and CFS-AML/AFC Ops as well as CIS Team (BWCIF) to manage end-to-end process of new account opening, existing account maintenance (POA) and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Review client’s documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Handle client inquiries and requests related to account changes, updates, and closures.
- Manage basic cash management deals to implement the solutions for clients and to ensure that the end-to-end implementation process and post-Implementation processes are delivered on the objectives of the bank with successful delivery of services within the committed timeline to increase bank’s bottom line ultimately.
