The Global Legal Manager supports the deployment of Pluxee’s legal standards, policies, templates, and governance practices across countries and global functions. The role contributes to legal consistency across jurisdictions while ensuring that legal guidance remains practical and adapted to local business realities.The role supports cross-border projects, global contracts, legal risk monitoring, legal process improvement, and coordination between Group Legal, country legal teams, external counsel, and key business stakeholders.
The role contributes to protecting Pluxee’s interests across its client, consumer, merchant, partner, supplier, employee, digital platform, and regulated services ecosystem.

As Pluxee continues to strengthen its legal organization following its spin-off and listing on Euronext Paris, we
are looking for a highly motivated and versatile Legal Counsel to join the Group Legal Department.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate & Securities Legal Department and working in close collaboration with the
Head of Treasury, Finance and Payment Legal Department, you will support a broad range of corporate,
securities, financing, treasury and payment-related matters throughout the Group, partnering with Finance,
Investor Relations, Treasury, Compliance, Product, Technology and Operations teams.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the crossroads of corporate governance, listed-company
obligations, financing transactions and payment services regulation. You will contribute to securing existing
and future business models, supporting business teams in their projects and strengthening the management
of legal and regulatory risks in an international, innovative, fast-moving and highly regulated environment.
Main responsibilities will include:
Corporate and Securities matters
· Assist in the management of the legal affairs and corporate governance matters of Pluxee N.V., a
Dutch company listed on Euronext Paris, including the preparation of its Annual General Meetings.
· Support compliance with applicable corporate and securities law requirements and contribute to the
development, implementation and communication of governance-related policies, procedures and
best practices, including market abuse regulation, insider trading rules, insider list management,
regulated disclosures, delegations of authority and corporate housekeeping matters.
· Contribute to the preparation of the Annual Report, corporate governance disclosures, regulated
publications and shareholder communications.
· Participate in the management of the Group corporate structure, including subsidiary governance,
corporate reorganizations, delegations of authority and Group support arrangements.
· Participate in the structuring, legal analysis, preparation and execution of strategic corporate and
capital markets transactions, including equity and debt offerings, long-term incentive plans, employee
shareholding programmes, share buyback programmes, intra-group restructuring and other Group initiatives. · Contribute to the development and dissemination of governance, compliance and legal risk management best practices across the Group through training, guidance materials, awareness initiatives and interactions with local legal teams. Financial Services matters · Provide legal support on payment services, electronic money, acquiring, distribution and card scheme matters. · Support the legal and regulatory assessment of new products, services, customer journeys, fund-flow structures and innovative business models to determine the applicable regulatory framework. · Support the legal oversight of the Group’s payment and electronic money activities, including contractual arrangements with payment service providers, banks, processors and card schemes, and the monitoring of key regulatory developments affecting the sector (PSD3, PSR, DORA, etc.). · Support financing and treasury activities, including credit facilities, commercial paper programmes, bond issuances, intra-group financing arrangements, cash pooling structures and financial guarantees. · Draft, review and negotiate related financing, treasury and banking documentation. · Support Treasury and Finance teams in the implementation and management of banking arrangements, strategic financing initiatives, treasury transformation projects and financial risk management matters.

· Master's degree in Business Law, Corporate Law, Banking & Finance Law, Financial Regulation or
equivalent. A dual academic background combining legal studies with business or finance would be
an advantage.
· At least 5 years of relevant experience gained within an international law firm, a listed company, a
financial institution, a fintech, an electronic money institution or another regulated environment.
· Strong experience in corporate and securities law, together with meaningful experience and/or
exposure to payment services, financing or treasury matters.
· Team player, with experience supporting cross-border projects and working with multiple
stakeholders.
· Digitally minded and forward-thinking, with a strong interest in innovation, legal technology and
artificial intelligence, and a willingness to contribute to the transformation of the Legal Department
and the continuous evolution of the Group's business activities.
· Practical, business-oriented mindset and ability to propose pragmatic solutions.
· Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills.
· Excellent spoken and written English and French.
· High standards of integrity, ethics and professionalism.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate & Securities Legal Department, you will work in close collaboration with
the Head of Treasury, Finance and Payment Legal Department and be part of the Group Legal Team and the
wider General Secretariat function.
