As we continue to expand access to world-class cardiovascular care, Village Heart & Vein, a partner practice of Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA), is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Electrophysiology team in Lady Lake, Florida.
This is an outpatient-focused opportunity to work alongside experienced electrophysiologists and Advanced Practice Providers while caring for patients with cardiac rhythm disorders in a collaborative cardiology practice setting. The ideal candidate will have prior electrophysiology experience and a passion for delivering exceptional cardiovascular care. This role offers a balance of autonomy in managing your patient schedule while providing the opportunity to play an active role in our newly designed outpatient AFib Clinic.

- Evaluate and manage patients with cardiac arrhythmias and other electrophysiology conditions
- Provide ongoing care coordination and management for general EP patients
- Play an active role in the outpatient AFib Clinic
- Review and interpret EKGs, ambulatory monitors, cardiac imaging, and laboratory studies
- Manage antiarrhythmic and cardiovascular medications
- Assist with the management and follow-up of patients with implantable cardiac devices
- Collaborate with electrophysiologists on device programming and ongoing device management
- Provide patient education regarding arrhythmias, cardiac devices, treatment options, and procedural care

- Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active Florida license or ability to obtain licensure prior to start
- 3–5 years of electrophysiology APP experience required
- Cardiac device programming experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
