Job Title
Senior Vendor Management Specialist –Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)Job Description
So, who are we?
IG Group is a FTSE 100 fintech operating across five continents, serving over 1.3m customers and handling billions of dollars in transactions – built on scale, trust, and proof. We didn't pivot to innovation; it's how we've always operated. What that means for the people who work here is real: genuinely complex problems to solve, the technology and resources to tackle them properly, and the kind of scope that's rare in established businesses.
The bar is high – bring a curious and forward-thinking mindset and we'll give you the platform to define what comes next. Join us at IG – the future gets built here.
Your role in the Team
You will be responsible for managing and monitoring Third Party Risk and performance to meet IG Group’s requirements, working closely with the TPRM Lead. You will keep up to date with global regulatory changes, upskill the team, and drive continuous improvement through AI, automation, and enhanced reporting.
What you’ll do
Perform vendor onboarding and risk assessments, covering onboarding due diligence (DD) and offboarding.
Review contractual agreements.
Maintain and periodically update the data repositories/systems.
Perform post-contract due diligence and ongoing monitoring.
Perform RCSA and support assurance and audit closure.
Address stakeholder queries with effective communication, organizing meetings, and ensuring zero escalations.
Collaborate with various stakeholder groups to produce deliverables that meet TPRM needs, policies and standards; mitigate Third Party Service Provider risks and issues; and ensure Third Party Service Provider relationships align with IG’s needs and business strategy.
Collaborate with regulatory teams to support global regulatory requests, outsourcing registers, and ongoing activities.
Oversee Vendor Management policy and framework – creation and periodic review of documents.
Perform reporting via Power BI dashboard.
Design and implement communications regarding TPRM across the organization, including SharePoint pages.
Manage system and SharePoint access.
Maintain and oversee the critical supplier and outsourcing register for the group.
Conduct external best practice and market analysis, benchmarking, and networking.
Contribute to strategic direction and best practice.
Who we’re looking for?
You’re curious about things like the client experience, the rapid developments in tech, and the complex world of fintech regulation. You’re also a confident, creative thinker with a knack for innovating. We know that you know every problem has a solution. Here, you can try new ideas and lead the way in creating inspiring experiences for our clients and everyone around you.
We don’t fit the corporate stereotype. If you want to work for a traditional, suit-and-tie corporate that just gives you a pay cheque at the end of the month, we might not be for you. But, if you have that IG Group pace and energy and you can stand behind what we believe in, let’s raise the bar together.
What you’ll need for this role
Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in vendor management, third-party risk management (TPRM), or a related field.
Proven experience in managing control environments (RCSA) and implementing control improvements.
Experience in overseeing vendor management policies and procedures, including document creation and review.

Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., MAS, FCA/PRA outsourcing requirements, and the EU’s Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) for ICT third parties).
CTPRP (Certified Third Party Risk Professional) or equivalent certification is a plus.
Comfortable managing multiple concurrent vendor reviews in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
