Your Role

As a full-time Occupational Therapist, you will:

• Evaluate and treat residents across the continuum of care 
• Provide individualized, occupation-centered treatment with a strong emphasis on ADLs and functional independence 
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on care planning, transitions, and discharge needs 
• Help identify opportunities to support residents proactively in IL, AL, and Memory Care 
• Participate in quality improvement and program development 
• Mentor OT/OTA students through PCSC's clinical education partnerships

Requirements

What You Bring

• Degree in Occupational Therapy 
• Current South Carolina OT license or eligibility for licensure 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills 
• Commitment to quality, ethical, resident-centered care 
• Interest in geriatrics and working across the continuum of care 
• Experience with older adults preferred; motivated new graduates are also encouraged to apply
