Pay Rate: $20.22 / Hour
Valid Driver's LicenseCandidates must possess a valid driver's license in accordance with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123).
Age RequirementCandidates must be at least 21 years of age (C101).
Access Control/Badge ExperienceCandidates should have experience with access control systems and badge management (B201).
Alarm Panel ExperienceCandidates must have experience operating alarm panels (B202).
Computer/Tablet ProficiencyCandidates should be comfortable using computers or tablets for daily tasks (B204).
Customer Service ExperienceCandidates must have prior experience in customer service roles (B219).
Physical RequirementsCandidates should be able to lift more than 20 lbs (B209).
Loss Prevention ExperienceCandidates with experience in loss prevention will be given preference (B210).

- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and notification procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of facility buildings, access points, operational areas, and perimeter locations; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
- Monitor access control activities, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate security-related logs and reports.
- Observe for unusual conditions, potential hazards, or unauthorized activity and promptly report concerns to appropriate site personnel.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
