Manager of Sales Operations

The Sales Support Team Lead will partner with the Sales Operations.

• ManagerHandle outbound and inbound requests to marketers, agents and office staff by telephone and e-mail.
• Provide sales support and case consultation to agents regarding potential sales opportunities. Maintain and update agent information and activity in company database.
• Assist agents throughout the sales cycle until they are paid including help with licensing, contracting and new business.
• Maintain contact with agents/staff through outbound follow up calls on product quotes, illustrations, and materials provided. May assist with outbound calls to promote Brokers International’s value proposition.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on carrier products and ways to best position these to agents/marketers using advanced case design concepts.
• Identify & resolve potential pre-sale concerns and effectively work to resolve escalations.
• Understanding of commission structures & revenue generating paths within the business. Work with team and leaders to build proactive plans to align team goals with company initiatives.
• Ability to represent Sales Support as an active participant on project teams.
