Job Description

Associate Consultant

As an Associate Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping and executing data strategy initiatives for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define data-driven roadmaps, develop governance frameworks, and drive insights that enable business transformation.

Your Impact

• Assist in developing and implementing data strategies that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance, quality, and security best practices.
• Support the design and implementation of data architecture, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Work with engineering and analytics teams to ensure seamless data integration and accessibility.
• Assist in developing data roadmaps, KPIs, and performance metrics to track strategy effectiveness.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in data management, AI, and analytics to drive innovation.

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of data governance, architecture, and best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data manipulation tools.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Set Yourself Apart With

• Experience in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications in data strategy.
• Certifications in data management or cloud platforms.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

Additional Information

Base Pay Range: $82,000 - $120,000

The range shown reflects a grouping of compensation ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual compensation may vary based on location and specific experience, and may include additional bonus and equity components.
