Are you a structured and people-focused People & Culture (P&C) professional who enjoys partnering with managers and improving employee experience? In this role, you will support leaders and employees across the employee lifecycle, contribute to an engaging and high-performing workplace, and help translate People & Culture priorities into clear, practical action.

Menu of Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and employees on employee engagement, performance management, talent development, team effectiveness, and people-related challenges. 
• Advise leaders on organizational changes, People & Culture processes, and practical actions that support an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing culture. 
• Drive and coordinate local and international People & Culture projects, ensuring clear stakeholder alignment and effective implementation. 
• Own and continuously improve the employee learning experience, including MPower administration, external learning partners, leadership development initiatives, and mandatory training requirements. 
• Use people and learning data to monitor participation, usage, effectiveness, and broader people trends, deriving recommendations for managers and stakeholders. 
• Collaborate with People Operations and Talent Acquisition to support onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, interview coordination, candidate communication, and process improvements when needed.

Ingredients for Success

• Proven experience in People & Culture, P&C Business Partnering, P&C Generalist, or a similarly broad P&C role. 
• Very good knowledge across multiple P&C disciplines, including business partnering, employee relations, talent acquisition, learning and development, and people operations. 
• Experience advising managers and supporting people-related decision-making in a dynamic, stakeholder-rich environment including good experience with German employment law. 
• Familiarity with learning platforms, P&C systems, people analytics, and employee development initiatives. 
• Solid understanding of recruiting processes, candidate management, employee lifecycle processes, and operational P&C excellence. 
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills in English and German (fluent), combined with a hands-on mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

When you meet the requirements of this role, you can expect an annual salary of approximately 55 - 60k.
