Description
- Maintain, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and corporate quality requirements.
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of EHS programs aligned with ISO 45001 and CAE standards.
- Plan, conduct, and support internal audits, external certification audits, customer audits, and surveillance activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality, health, safety, environmental, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
- Identify, investigate, and support resolution of quality issues, non-conformities, incidents, and corrective actions.
- Conduct risk assessments and contribute to risk mitigation strategies across operational activities.
- Support process development, process improvement, and documentation activities across the organization.
- Develop and monitor QHSE performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting.
- Support emergency preparedness, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to operational teams regarding Quality and EHS requirements.
- Promote a culture of quality, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with regional and global Quality and EHS stakeholders across the EMEA organization.
- Support training, awareness, and communication activities related to Quality and EHS management systems.
- Perform administrative tasks such as historization, approval workflows, exchanging, updating information and maintain records.
- Travel to operational sites across the UAE and periodically to Qatar (approximately 20%).
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, quality, safety, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience supporting Quality Management Systems, including practical application of ISO 9001.
- Experience participating in or conducting internal audits, quality reviews, or certification activities.
- Knowledge of risk management, corrective actions, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience working with documented management systems, policies, processes, and procedures.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently across multiple locations and with geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel regionally.
- Ability to access operational and customer sites, subject to applicable site access requirements and approvals.
- Experience supporting Quality, Environment, Health & Safety management systems.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001.
- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent health and safety qualification.
- Experience supporting integrated Quality and EHS management systems.
- Internal Auditor certification or audit training.
- Six Sigma, Lean, PDCA, or other continuous improvement methodology experience.
- Experience within defence, aviation, aerospace, maintenance, simulation, training, engineering, or other highly regulated industries.
- Experience working in a multinational and distributed team across multiple sites, countries, or regional organizations.
