IT Strategy Analyst Consultant

Mission Overview:

The IT Strategy Analyst role is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and values to every engagement.Responsibilities:

• Coordinate a wide range of stakeholders (solution architects, project managers, IT managers, etc.) to consolidate deliverables, updates, and insights.
• Support the IT Strategy Office team in preparing various governance bodies (inputs, agendas, invitations, minuting, follow-up of actions).
• Prepare and develop presentation materials for senior management, including gathering input from stakeholders to finalize content.
• Act as a member of the IT Strategy Office, taking the lead on strategy topics such as coordination of the IT 4 IT budget and maintaining the overall view on all AI-related initiatives.
• Track progress across multiple workstreams and initiatives to ensure timely completion, coordinating and following up with tribe architects, lead architects, other IT Strategy Office members, and relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to the review of IT SO deliverables to guarantee quality, structure, consistency, adequate review, and publication. Challenge assumptions, storytelling, and conclusions to ensure the highest quality of output.
• Prepare several transversal Initiative Boards (project steerco).
• Assist in critical thinking, research, analysis, communication, and change management.
• Improve governance structures such as IT Strategy execution, IT Strategy Board, IT SO backlog management, and IT4IT project portfolio to ensure topics are delivered on time and meet expectations.
• Manage the IT SO backlog.
• Support the formalization of the IT Strategy for HQ.

Language Requirements:

Knowledge of English and active knowledge of at least one of French or Dutch.Telework:

Expectation: 50% on site and 50% homeworking from Belgium.Required Experience / Knowledge:

5 years of experience in IT project management, consulting firm, PMO supporting program managers, or IT strategy formulation teams.Key Skills Expected:

• Ability to understand and navigate the decision-making context of the bank (organisation, structure, key roles and processes, main stakeholders, etc.).
• Ability to work with IT managers and senior IT Architects to collaboratively design expected deliverables.
• Ability to perform retrospectives and lessons-learned analysis to improve the impact of the IT Strategy team.
