【募集ポジション・背景】

• 1名の退職に伴う人員補充。

• レポーティングラインは、販売部長への直接報告。

【業務内容】

消費財ビジネスにおける売上拡大とブランド価値向上を目的とした、主に関東・首都圏エリアのスーパーマーケットおよびドラッグストアに向けた営業活動。

• 担当商材: スコッチ・ブライト（ナイロンたわし等）を中心とした家庭用品 。市場における高いブランド力と品質を武器とした、価格競争ではなくロジックとニーズに基づく提案活動。
• 既存顧客への深耕: 既存顧客とのリレーション構築、およびインサイドシェア（フェイスシェア）の奪還・拡大に向けた提案活動。
• 新規チャネルの開拓: 将来的なコンビニエンスストア、ディスカウントストア、100円ショップ等の新規チャネルへのアプローチ。
• 販促企画と実行: 全国一律のプロモーション展開に加え、販売店独自のアプリ施策などを活用した裁量のある販促提案および社内調整。
• 商流マネジメント: 代理店（卸）を通じた商流マネジメント、および卸担当者や販売店本部バイヤーとの商談。※店頭での改装応援（棚替え等）も発生するが、自身での優先順位づけやコントロールが可能。

• 担当販売店におけるインサイドシェア（フェイスシェア）の奪還および拡大。
• 効果的な販促施策の実行による売上創出。
• 卸および得意先からの信頼向上、強固な協働関係の構築。
• 新規流通チャネルの開拓や棚獲得の実現。

【必須要件】

• 最終学歴四大卒以上。
• 小売流通業界（FMCG、日用品メーカー等）におけるメーカー側での営業経験（5年以上目安）。
• スーパーマーケットやドラッグストアの小売本部担当としての商談経験。
• 市場データやPOSデータを活用し、課題を整理してロジカルに提案を構築できる能力。
• 卸しマネジメントの経験。
• 顧客折衝力、コミュニケーション能力。
• Excel、PowerPointなど基本的なPCスキル。
• 普通自動車運転免許。

【歓迎要件（Nice to have）】

• 棚割りシミュレーションソフトの使用経験（強く歓迎）。
• ID-POSやパネルデータを使用した分析経験。
• 組織間連携（マーケティングやファイナンス等）の経験。
• 英語でのコミュニケーション能力（選考において英語面接はない予定。海外の３M社員の対応や将来的なキャリア展開等のために可能な方が望ましい）。
