SE&TC is seeking an experienced and highly organized Depot Manager for the AIM-9X program, to lead day‑to‑day operations within our repair, overhaul, and recertification depot. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all depot activities, ensuring on time delivery, quality compliance, and efficient resource utilization. The Depot Sustainment Manager will collaborate closely with Program Management, Engineering, and Operations to support contractual requirements and customer commitments.

What You Will Do:

• Manage, report, and consolidate various data points to track trends that inform leadership of Sustainment activity
• Develop and maintain schedules, priorities, and workflows to meet program deliverables
• Coordination and oversight of day-to-day activities of the Life Cycle Engineering Depot Team, including depot support, shipping, Government Furnished Material (GFM) accounting and missile reporting
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance depot productivity and reduce cycle time
• Serve as Cost Account Manager (CAM) for the AIM-9X Depot contract; develop, track, and manage program budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis
• Executing delivery of the products and services to include briefing the customer as required
• Prepare and submit Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) items as required
• Actively supporting the on-time delivery of Sustainment products and services, including updating On Time Delivery Health Tool (OTDH)
• Understanding and communicating contract requirements to cross-functional teams
• Actively supporting performance to technical, cost, schedule, quality and EXIM requirements
• Supporting proposal efforts
  

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 year’s experience.
• Experience with supporting Depot hardware activities in a cross-functional environment including Logistics, Program Management, Operations and/or Sustainment Activities.
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
  

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Demonstrated experience with leadership teams and an ability to elevate the performance of the team
• Knowledge of Contracts and contract requirements and/or Finance to discuss and review customer agreements
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to brief leadership, engage customers, and lead cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated project management skills and experience
• Experience supporting the factory floor (Development, Production or Sustainment phases)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter able to manage and track multiple priorities
• Ability to mediate discussions between stakeholders with varying incentives

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
