Job Description

In this compelling leadership position, you will lead efforts to implement processes, procedures, and standards to anticipate, identify, respond to, and recover from short- and long-term disruptions to business processes and critical technology assets. As the Director, you will work collaboratively with technology teams to ensure critical services are recoverable, measurable, testable, and capable of meeting recovery objectives during technology failures, cyber events, and regional disruptions. Your key focus areas will be resiliency integration in technology lifecycle, implementation readiness, testing, and validation across cloud (AWS) hosted services and supporting technology platforms.
