We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual (Spanish/English) Assistant Property Manager to join our property management team! The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of property management or leasing experience. This role supports the Property Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations while ensuring exceptional service for both residents and prospects.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist the Property Manager with daily operations, leasing, renewals, and resident relations.
- Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking residents and prospects.
- Utilize ResMan to manage resident records, applications, lease files, and financial reporting.
- Support rent collection, payment processing, and delinquency follow-up.
- Handle resident inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional, timely manner.
- Help coordinate maintenance requests, inspections, and vendor services.
- Step in to lead the office when the Property Manager is unavailable.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
- At least 1 year of property management or leasing experience (required).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
