Ecolab has an opening for a Marketing & Sales Trainee in Barcelona. As a Marketing & Sales Trainee, you will support strategic projects related to commercial development, sustainability and internal engagement, while building strong project management and communication skills.

What will you do?
Support project management activities related to Ops Council and cross-functional initiatives.
Participate in Water Circularity projects and support cross-selling pipeline tracking.
Assist with internal communication for ongoing projects (preparing presentations, materials and updates).
Support coordination of ERG (Employee Resource Groups) activities.
Collaborate on the creation of marketing and sales materials.
Provide organizational and administrative support across different initiatives.
Leverage digital tools and AI solutions (Copilot) to improve efficiency and workflows.
The ideal candidate will have:
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing or related studies.
Good level of English (minimum B2).
Strong interest in Marketing, Sales and Project Management.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.).
Familiarity or interest in Artificial Intelligence tools (Copilot, ChatGPT or similar).
Proactive mindset, strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented, international environment.
