Jefferson Einstein Montgomery is a 140-bed acute care hospital located in East Norriton, just outside Philadelphia. We are seeking a Per Diem CRNA to join our highly experienced anesthesia team. Known for its strong community environment and exceptional team stability, more than 40% of staff have been with the organization for 15 years or more. Montgomery offers a diverse case mix and advanced procedures across multiple specialties, including orthopedics, cardiothoracic surgery, vascular surgery, urology, gastroenterology, and general surgery. This per diem opportunity offers flexibility while working alongside an experienced and collaborative anesthesia team.

Essential Functions
- Participate in all aspects of pre-anesthetic patient evaluation
- Provide intraoperative anesthesia care in collaboration with an attending anesthesiologist
- Perform induction, maintenance, and emergence of anesthesia
- Monitor and manage patient physiologic status throughout procedures
- Ensure safe and effective postoperative handoff to the appropriate provider
- Administer spinal, epidural, caudal, and peripheral nerve block anesthesia as clinically appropriate
- Insert and maintain invasive monitoring as required
- Accurately document patient care in the EMR
- Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing staff, and the operating room team
- Support patient safety, satisfaction, and departmental quality initiatives
- Perform duties within established clinical privileges
- Participate in scheduling and coverage based on departmental needs
- Perform other related responsibilities as assigned
