Description
As a Jr. Technical Project Manager reporting to Sr. Director - Delivery Management, you'll play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects that meet business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and quality standards across systems integration and product development.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, monitor, and manage assigned project workstreams, ensuring delivery against defined specifications, quality standards, costs, and timeframes.
Support mid-size project execution under the guidance of senior project managers, applying established project management methodologies.
Coordinate resources and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across functions and regions.
Identify and manage risks, changes, and dependencies to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed.
Build effective working relationships to drive progress, resolve blockers, and meet project deadlines.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Some years of experience in project management, including systems integration or product development environments.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
Proficiency in project management tools, including Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
Experience in capital markets, fintech, or a regulated technology environment.
Exposure to global or cross-functional teams.
This position will be located in Vilnius, Lithuania and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
